Full Service

Evolving from smaller partnerships, the Cliff Rego Team is formed. Armed with diverse sales, administrative, client services, and marketing personnel, the team quickly became the perennial sales leader in the region, operating out of a new location in Cambridge.

Ever Evolving

Rego Realty pivots into a completely consumer-focused operation. The team begins to develop customized, tailor-made, real estate solutions, international marketing campaigns, and begins collaboration with real estate start-ups.

Fuelled by the drive to offer more robust, personalized service, Rego Realty is formed: an independent brokerage that offers its team members and clients limitless growth potential. The team grows into leaders and specialists in 4 specific divisions of real estate, becoming a Tri-City business.

Curb Appeal

With a vision of education and collaboration in mind, the realization was made that a uncommon company requires a uncommon work space. For this reason, the new building at 618 King St W was designed specifically to facilitate a 3 tier approach to business. The main floor is a comfortable, coffee shop lounge, declared a sales free zone, no business cards, no products to sell, simply a resource centre for the general public to learn about real estate in a relaxing environment. The second floor would serve as a collaborative hub for entrepreneurs and start ups, a tasteful, open concept work space fully equipped to handle any business need. The third floor would house the majority of the workforce, serving as a head office, while still maintaining a balance of aesthetics, design and functional work space.

The team of 30+, together, estimates 600,000 sq. ft. of residential living space sold, 15,000+ loyal clients, and over $2 billion worth of projects executed. Widely regarded as the region’s most diverse and robust brokerage. In addition to helping hundreds of homeowners per year with the purchase and sale of their homes, the brokerage is also a premier player in the condo/new development, commercial, and luxury property market – offering specialized sales, marketing, and administrative capabilities for each specialty area.
