  • Enhance and maintain a positive, innovative culture and work environment

  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures

  • Design and implement reporting framework and data collection

  • Oversee marketing strategy to ensure it directly impacts the target market and goals
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programs


  • Establish KPI sales
  • Ensure regular tracking, measuring, and reporting of key metrics to projections
  • Implement and keep accountable an incentive plan for sales reps
  • Determine best ROI sources

Business Development and Strategist:

  • Lead the organization to new growth opportunity
  • Identify new segments and channels to target
  • Design and execute strategic plan
  • Agility to anticipate future trends
  • Ability to partner and build collaborative relationships through networking


  • Establish KPI financials and projections
  • Day-to-day financial management
  • Implement initiatives to improve working and operational cash flow
  • Control expenditure budget

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Experience: 5 Years Management (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration (Preferred)
